Chris says: “The influence of THE WIZARD OF OZ on David Lynch is frankly obvious for anyone who has seen WILD AT HEART but I can’t recall the last time I had such a blast watching any documentary. John Waters is entertaining (as always) and the rare archival stuff (two, count ’em, two commercials featuring the Log Lady!) is a treat, but when Karyn Kusama offers a deep dive into MULHOLLAND DRIVE or parses this connection beyond its novelty value, you see the point in such exploration. 4 cats
