I had a healthy respect for Zombie’s rock group White Zombie, even awarding him two #1 songs so I found it interesting that he would then channel his energy to film direction. Unfortunately he’s gone steadily downhill with every new offering. I gave his first film NIGHT OF 1000 CORPSES (2003) a 4 1/2 cats, then THE DEVIL’S REJECTS (2005) a 2 1/2 cats, HALLOWEEN (2007) a 2 cats, & now HALLOWEEN II..
