I’m a huge fan of silent cinema and early cinema, so it resonated with me for that reason, as it’s definitely influenced by that style. There seem to be some would-be misses with it, but because of how it’s stylized, those would-be annoyances just hit me differently that they normally would have. It is definitely going be a hit or big miss with the group, but it just stands out to me as something that will grab the eye of a member or two out there. If it gets some steam around here, I’m likely going to see it again this year at some point. Probably a bit divisive in terms of who might like it or who might hate it.”
