The Chlotrudis Society for Independent Film is now accepting international submissions for their 5th Annual Short Film Festival to take place on November 1 & 2, 2004 in Brookline and Cambridge, MA. Films under twenty minutes in length, live-action, animated, narrative and documentary will be screened. Early deadline has been extended to August 15, 2004, with a final deadline extended to September 15, 2004.
